Projectworks' AI features run on Microsoft Azure's enterprise infrastructure, with your data kept on a secure, region-compliant path, and you can connect the AI tools you already use, such as Claude and ChatGPT to our MCP integration.

Any content that goes into or comes out of Projectworks' AI features is your data, stored securely in Microsoft Azure and used only to deliver and improve the product. We don't use it to train AI models without your consent, and only anonymized data is ever used more broadly. This covers AI features we run; if you connect your own AI tools through our MCP integration, like Claude or ChatGPT, that data is governed by those tools' terms. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Projectworks puts AI against the admin that slows services firms down, so your team spends more time on billable work. It shows up three ways: Kea, an AI teammate that answers questions about your operational data and helps with tasks like resourcing, with your approval and within your permissions; MCP, which connects your Projectworks data to AI tools you already use like Claude and ChatGPT; and Proposals, which uses AI to help you draft and tailor client-ready proposals faster.
