Unleash also gives you room to shape the platform around how your firm runs, with unlimited custom fields and custom reports, connection to your other business tools via the Projectworks API, and premium support. If you operate multiple businesses under one umbrella, the multi-entity feature connects multiple accounting instances to your Projectworks account.

For smaller organizations, the Scale plan covers project delivery: quote new projects, integrate with your favorite business tools, get started with customization, and collaborate across offices.

Yes! The Projectworks migration team will take care of the migration for you. Your only tasks are to supply the data and validate it after it is uploaded.

Plans can be billed monthly with a minimum one year commitment. Annual billing offers a discounted rate.

Our pricing is a base fee for the first 10 users, and additional fees for each band of 5 users above that. A user is defined as an active person in Projectworks (irrespective of whether that person logs in or not). There is only one type of user.

No. Until 31st December, usage is uncapped, although fair usage controls apply. This means we reserve the right to contact you about unusually high usage and restrict access if needed.

We may introduce credit-based pricing for AI features in future. If we do, we'll give you notice before any AI usage starts drawing on credits.

Two options to suit different firms. Standard onboarding covers the data migration plus packaged training for your system admin and project managers. You supply the data and validate it once it's loaded, and most firms go live in four to six weeks.

Consultative onboarding partners you with our customer success team. They map your existing processes to Projectworks, configure your environment, manage the migration end to end, and train your key people individually. It's the better path if you're running multiple entities, have complex project types, or are switching systems on a deadline.
