Map your Budget Custom fields against HubSpot Deal properties
For our HubSpot users, you this update brings more value to the integration for you!
Introducing the ability to map Budget Custom fields along with Project Custom fields against HubSpot deal properties.
This supports stronger data flow between the systems, so you always have key information delivered from the deal to the project.
Clearer View of Allocated Hours 👀
Get a clearer view of resource allocations when reviewing budgets and planning work.
In the People & Rates section of a timecode, when no allocation has been specified, these fields now display as “–” rather than 0 or $0.00, making it easier to distinguish between unset allocations and allocated values.
Also, new allocations now default to not set, and Allocated Hours must be greater than 0 if entered.

Expenses, Grouped the Way You Spend
With success and feedback regarding Bulk Expense Importing, we’ve got our eye on what’s next.
We’re looking forward to upgrading expenses to handle more than one line in a single expense. This should make things like travel claims much easier!
