Projectworks Product Update: March 2026

It’s hard to tell if March felt too short or too long but we’ve squeezed an impactful update into the final weeks of Q1 for you! From improvements to time logging, subscription details and sync history, here’s what’s new in the Projectworks platform - your all-in-one PSA software for project intelligence.

Better visibility into your HubSpot syncs
We’re introducing better visibility and control over your HubSpot data sync, making troubleshooting easier.
With a table of recently synced projects, see at a glance what the integration has recently created.
If there has been any sync errors you can see these with exact details of what caused the error. There is also an option to re-trigger a sync on a specific deal; useful in case there’s been an error, the data is fixed and you want to re-sync just that specific deal.

Regularly logging time against different timecodes?
If you are assigned to multiple timecodes in Projectworks, you may have found it difficult to find the right timecode in your timesheet.
We’ve made it easier to filter down your assigned timecodes from week to week based on what you have been resourced to, or the start and end dates of the timecode you've been assigned to.
You can still use the existing timecode search, and pin timecodes you use regularly to your timesheet.

The Decision Tree That Tells You How Much Proposal Effort Is Enough
Problem: “I want my team’s proposals to look polished enough to win bigger clients, but we can't decide when or if design and detailed content moves the needle or just adds noise.
