Projectworks Product Update: December 2025

Happy holidays from all of us here at Projectworks! It's the final Product Update of the year, and it's a big one.

Projectworks Proposals: Get Ready to Bid Faster and Win Smarter.

You know that moment where an RFP lands and the whole team suddenly forgets who owns what, where the latest bio lives, or which version of the pricing sheet is the right one?

Yeah… we’re done with that 👋

Meet Proposals in Projectworks. Your new way to turn scattered content into client-ready proposals in minutes. Not weeks.

Built right into your project intelligence platform, powered by your firm’s own data. No extra tools, no messy copy-and-paste chaos.

Want to See How Your Current Proposals Stack Up?

AEC firms win around half of the bids they submit, according to the Inspire Report. Competing in this environment is tough. You need to pitch more often just to maintain the same pipeline, and those pitches need to be sharper than ever.

Based on feedback from our community, it’s clear that many consulting firms struggle with slow turnaround times, inconsistent messaging, disconnected budgeting tools, and the pressure to tailor every proposal to unique client requirements. These challenges add strain to already busy teams.

Why not check the quality of your current proposals? If you want to start from a strong foundation, our new proposal grader tool ingests your proposal and recommends how it can be improved.

Kick Off Projects Smoothly With 1-Click Push From Scheduling to Resourcing

Do you use the Schedule function in Projectworks? You can add time codes with start and end dates on this schedule view to help plan out your projects.

We've just added a "1-click push" link between the Schedule and Resourcing, so that you can schedule time codes and then map your resources with one click. This update makes it easier than ever to plan, assign, and manage work across your projects - all within one seamless workflow.

Do You Use HubSpot? We've Made the Integration More Flexible

Projectworks now supports more data being passed from HubSpot to Projectworks, with comprehensive field mapping across both systems, including project custom fields and custom deal properties in HubSpot.

You'll benefit from cleaner, richer data flows that reduce manual entry and give your delivery teams complete context at kickoff.

You also have flexible control over what HubSpot field changes can trigger a sync to update Projectworks. This controlled sync prevents unwanted updates and supports the unique way your business operates.

We'll be enhancing our HubSpot integration even further in 2026, ensuring a smooth flow from your CRM to project kick-off.

Projectworks 2025 Wrapped

When Spotify Wrapped dropped this month, we decided to take a deep dive into our Projectworks numbers.

Our community smashed out the work this year. In the last 365 days, Projectworks has seen:

  • $3.96 billion invoiced
  • 34.66 million timesheet hours logged
  • 4.55 million resource hours
  • 100,000+ signed projects
  • Plus, our fastest onboarding took less than 1 day (shout out to no data migration) 🤩

Time to build on this energy in 2026 with Proposals - make sure to join the waitlist so you're ready to win more work in 2026.

The Decision Tree That Tells You How Much Proposal Effort Is Enough

Problem: “I want my team’s proposals to look polished enough to win bigger clients, but we can't decide when or if design and detailed content moves the needle or just adds noise. Every time we sit down to approach one, we get pulled between making it visually compelling, and keeping it clean and direct. Does presentation and robustness really matter, or should the work speak for itself?”
