Manage your project delivery in Monday.com. Master your project resourcing and finances in Projectworks.

New projects, time, leave, and expenses sync entered in Monday.com update in Projectworks. That means less data entry and duplicate work as well as one source of truth for delivering work profitably. There’s also the option to sync from a combination of other time tracking, leave and expense tools if that suits your setup better.

We’ve Joined the Autohive Marketplace

Autohive is a no-code platform that lets teams build and deploy custom AI agents to automate repetitive work. With the Projectworks integration, you can build automated workflows in Autohive that move data in and out without manual entry every time.

This means it’s possible to manage capabilities across your environment like creating and updating projects, to modifying users, assigning roles, and updating leave balances.

Bulk Upload Expenses Available for Quickbooks Online

For some firms, bulk creating expenses makes a lot of sense with way you operate. After much positive feedback from our Xero users we’ve made the updates necessary for those with Quickbooks Online to get started as well!  Simply download a bills extract from QuickBooks Online and use it in the CSV expense upload.

Add Timecode Tables to Your Invoicing Templates 📑

If you need to include a timecode breakdown within your customer invoices, these can now be added to your invoice template(s).

Similar to the budget table on invoices, the timecode table will give you a more granular breakdown of the work that has been invoiced for each timecode.

The idea is you’ll be able to: 
> Search, query and analyze Projectworks data from within Claude or ChatGPT
> Connect your Projectworks data to other MCP-connected tools via your AI tool. We’re testing things like creating slide decks, composing and sending timesheet reminders in messaging tools, and updating resourcing.
