We Now Integrate With Sage Intacct  🎉

Gaining strong operational visibility shouldn’t add more manual work to your day. We also know that  project profitability, billing accuracy, and multi-entity reporting become harder to manage across disconnected systems as you grow. Connect Sage Intacct to Projectworks for a real-time view of project performance and accurate revenue forecasts.We’re starting with invoices, expenses and payments and would love to hear feedback about where this should go next!

Resourcing Upgrades Available in Beta to Everyone!

We've redesigned the Resourcing experience in Projectworks to make it simpler, faster, and more intuitive.  Along with the redesign, you also gain access to:

- Bulk shift, letting you move resourcing forward or backward
- Cleaner Budget Level Resourcing views
- Undo and Redo tools, for quickly reverting or reapplying recent resourcing changes
- Comments on resourcing slots

In the background, the redesign also set us up to support our AI Agent Kea which can help you with intelligent resourcing - so watch this space!

Querying Employment Hero Syncs?

You can now directly view sync activity details between Projectworks Employment Hero!

This new page provides information on how records are linked between the two systems and highlights any errors from leave and people import events for you.

If a sync fails, select the error message and we'll tell you exactly what happened, so you can address the discrepancy on the spot.

Table Interactions Just Got Better  👍

We've refreshed the column headers across most tables in Projectworks, making common table actions clearer and easier to use.

You'll notice updated interactions for sorting columns, viewing additional information, and hiding or showing columns. These changes bring a cleaner, more consistent experience to the tables you use day to day, with more table improvements to come.

In PSA-land, the move to tools that already have context on what you're doing and can act on your behalf make sense.

That's the direction Kea our AI agent inside Projectworks is going - sitting on top of your project and firm data. We see it becoming an operational intelligence layer and we’re looking for customers who’d like to join early access to try it out!

And if you're wondering where the name Kea (pronounced (KEY-uh) comes from, it's inspired by the world's only alpine parrot, famous for its high curiosity and intelligence!
