• This document outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the Projectworks Customer Referral Program (the "Program").
• By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2. Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the Program, you must be a current customer of Spiderworks Limited or Projectworks Inc as applicable, with no outstanding payments.
• The referred individual must be an individual(s) who is not already a customer of Projectworks.
• The referred individual must work in professional services.
• The referred individual must reside in, and work for a company located in any of the following: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.

3. Referral Process:

3. Referral Process

• To refer a customer, you must provide Projectworks with the referred individual's contact information (e.g., name, email address, phone number).
• In supplying this information, you confirm that the referred individual has consented to be contacted by Projectworks representatives.
• The referred individual must book a demo with Projectworks within 30 days of referral form submission by you.
• If the referred individual does not book a demo within 30 days, the referral window has lapsed and you will need to refer them again to be associated with any future conversion.
• Projectworks will track referrals and notify you of successful conversions. If you do not receive any emails relating to your referral within 30-days of referral form submission, your referral has not been successful.
• If the referred individual is already a Projectworks customer or has already booked a demo with us prior to referral, they are not eligible for the program, and you will be notified.
• If the referred individual is already a prospect in our system, but has not booked a demo at the time of referral, you will receive an email encouraging you to prompt them to book a demo within the next 30 days.

4. Rewards and Incentives

4. Rewards and Incentives:

• For each successful referral that results in a new customer for Projectworks, you are able to choose between two rewards. You can choose to receive an electronic gift card for USD$200 (or the equivalent in your local geography’s currency), OR to donate the equivalent to a specified charity, as selected when you submitted the referral form.
• You will receive one reward per successful referral.
• The referred individual who becomes a signed Projectworks customer will also be able to choose between two rewards. They can choose to receive an electronic gift card for USD$200 (or the equivalent in their local geography’s currency), OR to donate the equivalent to a specified charity, which they are able to specify deal close.
• There is no maximum number of referrals you can make.
• The reward (in the form of an electronic gift card OR charitable donation) will be disbursed via online means within 30 days of the referred individual becoming a signed Projectworks customer.

5. Restrictions

5. Restrictions:

• You cannot refer yourself or anyone who is already a customer of Projectworks.
• You cannot abuse the program by sending bulk invites (i.e. spam) to unknown contacts. The program is intended for you to refer friends, industry peers, and acquaintances.
• Projectworks reserves the right to disqualify any referral that violates these terms and conditions.

6. Terminations and Modification

• Projectworks may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Projectworks may also terminate your participation in the Program for any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Projectworks reserves the right to modify the terms of the Projectworks Customer Referral Program at any time, without notice.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
