Our referral program is the easiest way to earn $1,000 without running a project.

Introducing our new customer referral program

Already use Projectworks and have a friend you think would benefit too?

We’re launching a new Refer a Friend Program that pays you to refer contacts in your network. Your friends deliver more effective projects, and you get paid for it. Win-win!

How it works

We know you love Projectworks, and we love that. We want to reward you (think $$$) for helping your friends out and putting them onto us.

Step 1

Simply think of a friend or industry contact who will benefit from taking control of their projects with Projectworks. They can be engineers, management consultants, architects, or consulting software developers…anyone who sells their time and expertise via project-based work.

If you’re not sure they qualify, submit their details anyway! We’ll reach out to them and make sure they’re a fit.

Step 2

Submit the referral form on the Refer a Friend homepage.

Step 3

We’ll reach out to your friend and book a demo. Keep an eye on your email inbox - we’ll update you at every stage of the process.

What you’ll earn

For every successful referral you make (the person you referred becomes a signed Projectworks customer), you’ll receive a $1,000*. Your friend will receive 50% off the cost of Projectworks onboarding. Nice one!

Am I eligible?

Are you a current Projectworks customer? Yes? The you’re eligible!

*You can read the full Terms & Conditions on the submission page.

I’m in! How do I refer a friend?

Simply fill out the referral form here. It’s that easy!

We’ll reach out to your friend and kickstart the process from there. We’ll keep you informed at every step of the journey - when we receive your referral, when we book a demo, when we hold a successful demo, and when your referral becomes a Projectworks customer (i.e. when you get paid!).

Please note that if your friend is an existing customer or sales-qualified lead, then they are not eligible for this program.

We’ll determine their status when we evaluate your submission and let you know quick-stat if this is the case. Don’t worry, you can always make another referral!

We'll keep you informed throughout the referral process.

Tips for making a successful referral

  • Once you’ve made your referral, make sure to reach out to your friend directly to let them know someone from Projectworks will be in touch. This increases the chances of a successful referral. You can even use the message below if you’d like!
“Hey [name] - I use a software called Projectworks to manage projects at my firm. I think it will help you cut out some admin + give you a better picture of your finances, so I referred you as part of their ‘Refer a Friend’ program. They’ll be reaching out to book a demo with you. If you find that Projectworks is a fit and sign up, you'll get 50% off onboarding. Worth the call, right? If you’re curious and you don't want to wait for them to get in touch, you can book a demo here. Interested to see what you think!”
  • Sometimes your friend is interested but slow to book a demo. For your referral to be successful, you need to have your friend book a demo with our team within 30 days. If you don’t hear from us about successfully booking a demo, it’s worth checking in with your friend and giving them a nudge.

Thanks for joining us as we grow our community!

We’ve got a big vision: that by 2030, we’ll be helping half a million experts tackle the world’s most important problems.

We know our solution works: on average, Projectworks users grow their headcount by 20% in the first year of use. We just need to let more people know that we can take their project chaos away. You can help your network scale for success by hooking them up with us.

Thank you for your support! Let’s get referring, earning, and growing together ❤️
