SHIFT25/26The Leadership Conference for Software Consulting Firms - powered by projectworks
The community for software consulting leaders navigating the AI shift.
AI is rewriting the rules of software consulting. It is changing how firms deliver value, scale, and compete. For CEOs and founders, the challenge is not just keeping up, it is leading through the shift.
Most conferences talk theory. SHIFT is different. It is where software consulting leaders come together to workshop the future of consulting in the age of AI.

Why Attend SHIFT?
AI isn’t just another trend. It’s fundamentally reshaping how software consulting firms deliver value, scale, and compete. At SHIFT, you’ll explore what this means for your firm, guided by peers who are navigating the same transformation.
Most conferences are too broad, too theoretical, or too generic to be useful. That’s why we built SHIFT. It’s a curated community of SMB software consulting CEOs and founders coming together for collective problem-solving and sharing lessons you won’t find in polished keynotes or see from LinkedIn influencers.
Join SHIFT and be part of the community shaping the future of software consulting.
Seize the AI advantage
Learn the shifts reshaping software consulting and practical ways to leverage AI in client delivery, operations, and growth.
Think tanks, not lectures
This isn’t a one-way conference. SHIFT includes interactive break out rooms to tackle real challenges alongside other CEOs and founders.
Candid conversations
You’ll connect with other CxOs who’ve faced the same hurdles and engage in off-the-record discussions - without the polish, fluff, or hype.
