The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) takes pride in its professional recruitment efforts.  And although they could attract some of the brightest recruits to the Bureau without much promotion, they have decided to invest in promotional products that make a lasting impact on the people they meet at career fairs and other recruitment events.

Working with the Bernard Hodes group, we helped the FBI select, source and brand a variety of promotional items that they have successfully used to promote the Bureau among potential employees.

Our role included the following:

  • Consulting with the agency about the client's marketing objectives, target audience, budget, etc.
  • Research and propose promotional products suitable for the client's targeted audiences, and that met budgetary constraints.
  • Source and brand the selected promotional items
  • Storage and inventory management of the promotional items and recruitment event displays
  • Distribution of promotional items and recruitment displays to Bureau field offices and various events
