| Touchstone Energy Cooperatives is a umbrella brand that represents over 700 local, consumer-owned, electric cooperatives in 46 states. Touchstone Energy co-ops collectively deliver power and energy solutions to more than 40 million members every day. Electric cooperatives distribute power for 75 percent of the U.S. land mass over 2.4 million miles of power lines. We have worked with Touchstone Energy for years, providing a variety of marketing support solutions, from marketing collateral creation and distribution, to direct mail and event logistics support. One of our marketing support solutions consisted of building a custom, web-based system for Touchstone Energy Cooperative members to order customizable versions of some community outreach educational kits that were created in partnership with Discovery Education. We built the database system and web interface that allowed the member cooperatives to order complete versions of the Touchstone Get Charged! kits, along with additional booklets and other resources. The materials were customizable using logo stickers created for the participating cooperatives. We also managed the kit creation, inventory, and order fulfillment for this program. In addition to helping Touchstone Energy with the Get Charged! program, we have helped their marketing and communications team by managing inventory of their marketing collateral, promotional products, and event displays. We have also helped with a variety of direct mail initiatives, and large distribution of marketing and communications materials to their member cooperatives. Our role includes the following:
