The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a worldwide membership organization for Human Resource professionals.

We have worked with SHRM for nearly a decade, providing marketing support services to their membership and conferences marketing teams.

We created a custom web-based interface for SHRM members to browse and order printed and PDF copies of their marketing brochures for conferences, professional development and educational programs, professional certification, membership, etc.  We also manage the inventory and fulfillment related to orders submitted through this system.

Additional marketing support services we provide for SHRM include:  assembly of conference binders and other materials, inventory management and fulfillment of trade show and event materials, and direct mail campaigns.

By managing these marketing support functions, we have helped the SHRM marketing team to free up their time to focus on the more strategic functions of their jobs.

Our role includes the following:

  • Creation and update of custom database system for web-based ordering of marketing materials
  • Order fulfillment (print + PDF) of marketing materials for SHRM members and prospective members
  • Inventory management, including web-based access to inventory browsing and ordering
  • Assembly of kits from raw materials
  • Event and conference logistics support
  • Ancillary services such as quick print/duplication, direct mail campaigns, etc.
