We got an opportunity to work with the Events team at Walmart, and helped them to source and brand a few promotional items for their 2011 Annual Shareholders Meeting.

Walmart was looking for some cool, yet affordable, ideas for promotional products that were fun and would make an impact on the recipients (company shareholders).  We were able to offer them a nice mix of items, shown in the picture below.

The amazing feat?  We were able to source, brand, and deliver all of the items for Walmart's Annual Shareholder's meeting in a week or less.  We are not miracle workers, but we do jump through flaming hoops for our clients to make things happen.

Our role included the following:

• Consulting with the client about event objectives, target audiences, budgets, desired impact, etc.
• Research and propose promotional products suitable for Walmart shareholders.
• Source and brand the selected promotional items
• Delivery of promotional products directly to the event venue, within insane timelines
