The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) came to us with a mission: to help them manage the details of their recruitment events efforts.

The USNRC is always looking to recruit the best and brightest professionals in a variety of technical and other disciplines.  As part of their commitment to making the USNRC one of "The Best Places to Work" in the US Federal Government, the human resource professional at the USNRC visit a large number of professional conferences, on campus college fairs, and other similar events each year.

We have helped the USNRC organize their event-related recruitment efforts, make sense of the event logistics, simplified processes, all while promoting the organization's brand among potential/prospective employees.

Our role included the following:

• Consulting with the client about recruiting marketing objectives, target audiences, budgets, etc.
• Research and propose promotional products suitable for students and other prospective agency employees.
• Source and brand the selected promotional items
• Event registrations and logistics support
• Storage and inventory management of the promotional items, literature and trade show/event exhibits
• Distribution and fulfillment of all event related materials
